Meet the Guest Services team at the Power Station
The Guest Services operator for the Power Station is Ethos Farm, a customer and employee experience specialist. Earlier this Summer Ethos Farm and BASE teamed up to recruit a team of officers who will provide information and advice to visitors to the Power Station site. By promoting the opportunities via the Local First WhatsApp group, we have ensured that 64% of the team recruited are local residents. The team were put through a vigorous training programme over 10 weeks ahead of the Power Station opening, to ensure that they were equipped to deal with all visitor enquiries and issues.
Local resident Elsa previously worked in a customer service and applied for the role because it was exciting and matched her skills set. Her job involves welcoming visitors to the Power Station, actively providing information and assistance.
